Where Are We Located

We are located in the Lakes area of Las Vegas, 2650 Lake Sahara Dr. Suite 160, Las Vegas, NV 89117. Lake Sahara is one stop light west of Sahara and Durango. If you’re traveling west on Sahara, Lake Sahara is one stop light past Durango. Turn left on Lake Sahara Dr. our office is on the bottom floor of the yellow Commercial Finance building, our building is right between two pre-schools.

Our Office Hours

Our normal office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  This schedule may change when Drs. Dave and Doug are away taking Continuing Education courses, or when we are closed for vacation and holidays.
